ProPump
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the service, installation, and repair of automated pump stations, controls, and related equipment. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and instructing customers on proper equipment operation. The technician also identifies sales opportunities and collaborates with internal teams to secure orders while maintaining a professional customer-facing presence.
We design, build, install, and service pump stations and pumping systems with the goal of making every customer a customer for life.
