Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will install, service, maintain, and upgrade automated packaging equipment at customer sites across North America. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring world-class customer service for case erecting, bag inserting, and palletizing systems. The position requires extensive travel and a strong customer-first mentality.
