Field Service Technician

Field Service Technicians support Edward Jones branch offices, vendor sites, and home FA locations within their assigned territory by installing, upgrading, and maintaining connectivity and site infrastructure. The role involves managing maintenance, IMAC tasks, and projects while ensuring compliance with SLAs and providing client training on new systems. This position requires regular travel within the Watertown, SD territory and the use of a company-provided vehicle for on-site service calls.
