Field Service Technician

Ziegler CAT is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Caterpillar power generation equipment and other industrial generators for customers in the Des Moines area. The role involves independent diagnostic work on complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and safety. Technicians will document work orders, manage parts inventory needs, and respond to after-hour emergency calls as directed.
