Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician provides on and off-site technical support for Maag family equipment, including plastic pelletizing systems and polymer pump and filtration systems. This role involves independent travel to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities, as well as providing training and collecting customer feedback. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and deliver customer-focused solutions.
