Field Service Technician

The Battery and Charger Field Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing motive power equipment, conducting basic troubleshooting, and responding to customer needs. This role involves performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting battery and charger systems, and completing service documentation accurately and timely. The position requires working independently or with a team to maximize customer uptime and operational efficiency.
