Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician travels to customer sites to perform planned services, troubleshoot issues, make repairs, and provide upgrades or modernizations for electronic sorters. The role involves delivering total equipment lifecycle management services, including installation, start-up, preventive maintenance, and training, while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded. The technician works closely with Sales Managers, Engineers, and Operations Leaders to resolve customer issues and maintain equipment reliability.
