Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing IPG products to ensure continuous customer operations and resolve all incidents to the customer's satisfaction. This role involves performing on-site installations, conducting preventive maintenance programs, and providing technical support and training to in-house staff. The position requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently to address customer needs and service agreements.
