The Field Service Technician performs field service activities at customer sites, including troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, and other specialized equipment. The role involves conducting preventative maintenance, managing parts inventory, resolving equipment and safety issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to work independently in various field environments.
