Field Service/Install Rep

This full-time permanent role involves providing draught system cleaning, maintenance, installation, and repair services to licensed establishments in the Waterloo/Kitchener area. The Field Service/Install Rep will troubleshoot technical issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong customer relationships to support long-term satisfaction and retention. The position requires managing an efficient service route, maintaining accurate records and inventory, and identifying opportunities to grow the customer base through service excellence and new business development.
