Field Services Technician (Part Time)

As a part-time Field Services Technician, you will provide critical on-site and technical support across various client projects, serving as the hands-on liaison between client sites and remote engineering teams. You will execute hardware deployments, site assessments, and initial troubleshooting to ensure successful network cutovers. The role involves completing site assessment surveys, facilitating the installation of network equipment, and performing basic physical and network troubleshooting. You will act as an on-site liaison for remote engineers during site cutovers, ensuring clear communication and adherence to site-specific protocols.
