The Field Specialist conducts parking space inventory audits and operates a staff vehicle to track occupancy and produce accurate reporting for leadership. This role provides exceptional customer service by assisting guests with real-time parking availability, performing courtesy patrols, and addressing parking-related concerns in garages and surface lots. The position also involves monitoring parking guidance systems, reporting maintenance issues, and resolving customer service inquiries to support overall parking operations.

Responsibilities

Operate staff vehicle with MLPI systems to conduct parking space inventory audits and occupancy reporting
Provide customer courtesy patrol services including jump starts, tire inflations, and vehicle location assistance
Monitor parking guidance systems and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions
