Field Staff

This full-time, remote role involves supervising construction site operations and craft personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position requires leading lower-tier supervisors, coordinating work activities with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and labor standards. The role also includes monitoring production, managing manpower forecasts, and supporting project controls and quality assurance processes.
