Field Superintendent, Facilities Construction

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to provide full-time field leadership and oversight for Facilities construction, basebuild, renovation, and equipment installation at Fab 6. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of work while utilizing AI-enabled tools for planning and reporting. The position requires strong judgment to resolve technical issues, manage contractor performance, and maintain accountability for all work products in an operating semiconductor manufacturing environment.
