Field Superintendent

Groundworks is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead and oversee all field operations for foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while managing multiple crews and subcontractors. The Superintendent will also enforce safety protocols, conduct quality inspections, and mentor field staff.
