Field Supervisor – Internal Inspection Team

The Field Supervisor leads safe and efficient internal wind turbine blade inspections using SkySpecs systems while serving as the on-site lead technician and safety authority. This role involves overseeing daily field operations, conducting refresher training and audits, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational requirements. The position requires a 3-week-on, 1-week-off field rotation and acts as a technical mentor and communication bridge between field personnel and management.
