Field Supervisor (RN)

The Field Supervisor (RN) guides newly hired and transitioning clinicians through real-world home health practice, validating their clinical competency and modeling the standard of care. This role involves precepting and coaching new joiners, maintaining a reduced patient caseload, and contributing to product improvement focus groups. The position is based in the Las Vegas metro area with a branch office in Summerlin.
