Field Supervisor

As a Field Supervisor for RCV/Bone Dry Roofing, you will oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish while managing daily operations and crew workflow. This role involves leading by example on job sites, ensuring safety and quality standards, and acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners and internal teams. You will mentor crew members, coordinate with subcontractors, and prepare invoices to drive project completion and customer satisfaction.
