Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor oversees the daily operations and performance of a team of Locate Technicians, ensuring all locating activities are conducted safely, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and industry standards. This role acts as a primary liaison between field staff, operations leadership, and customers while managing ticket flow, workload distribution, and field quality within the assigned service area. The position requires providing ongoing training, support, and after-hours assistance to maintain efficient and effective utility locating operations.
