Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor directly reports to the Operations Supervisor and serves as the second-in-command, capable of performing Shift Supervisor duties when required. This role involves managing supplies, overseeing field personnel and units, and collaborating with communications and maintenance departments to ensure efficient operations. The position also includes assigning work, reviewing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and medical standards.
