Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor role involves collaborating with and supporting projects within the business unit or department, following guidelines from management to enhance decision-making and project execution processes. The position is responsible for executing construction contracts, planning and optimizing resource utilization to ensure projects are completed on time, within specifications, and on budget. Key duties include managing contracts, obtaining necessary permits, preparing budget estimates, planning construction phases, supervising subcontractors and staff, and verifying project progress and quality.
