Field Support Engineer

This role provides on-site support for proton therapy equipment and ancillary devices, overseeing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, upgrades, and commissioning to ensure efficient customer operations. The position involves instructing customers on system operation and maintenance while serving as a liaison for administrative and technical project matters. The engineer works within a compact team to monitor all aspects of the proton therapy system and may coordinate installation representatives and subcontractors.
