Field Support Technician

This mobile Field Support Technician role covers a 2-hour radius around Greenwich, New Haven, Hartford, or Stamford, Connecticut, handling field dispatch work including installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of data communications and low-voltage cabling systems. The position requires managing day-to-day service operations, performing Move, Add, and Change (MAC) requests, and providing hardware break-fix services for network infrastructure. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and at least five years of experience in data communications to support customer operations and ensure optimal network performance.
