Field Technical Consultant

The Field Technical Consultant serves as a primary technical and training resource for customers, supporting the implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilization of NES testing solutions. This field-based role partners with Account Executives to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience from initial implementation through ongoing support and troubleshooting. The position requires strong clinical laboratory or diagnostic experience to effectively train users, resolve technical issues, and drive customer satisfaction across the Northeast and Midwest territories.
