Field Technician II

The Field Technician II provides support to data centers and Points of Presence (POPs) by coordinating with network teams and local vendors for installation, repair, and maintenance activities. This role requires deep knowledge of physical layer rack and stack configurations and involves performing site surveys, audits, and equipment deployments. The position requires travel and the ability to work independently to resolve moderately difficult assignments.
