Field Technician – Solar PV + BESS

The Field Technician performs hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage (BESS) equipment at the Overnight Solar facility in Hinkley, California. This full-time, on-site role involves troubleshooting equipment failures, responding to SCADA alarms, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the site under the direction of the Field Supervisor. The position requires close coordination with the Remote Operations Center and strict adherence to high-voltage and battery storage safety protocols.
