Field Technician

The Field Technician is responsible for improving and maintaining the aesthetics of client properties through scheduled inspections and the diagnosis of plant health issues. This role involves recommending and applying appropriate IPM treatment strategies, such as pesticides and fertilizers, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and label directions. The position requires effective communication with clients and account managers to address concerns and coordinate follow-up work.
