Field Technology Specialist

The Field Technology Specialist serves as the second step in the technology support process, assisting Site Technology Specialists and District Technology Staff in resolving technology issues and installing new equipment. This role supports the district's educational goals by troubleshooting escalated user issues, maintaining technology inventory, and providing training to staff and end users. The position requires effective communication, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.
