Field Training Coach

The Field Training Coach is a field-based role focused on driving consistent training execution and developing restaurant leaders across assigned locations. This position involves coaching trainers, managing the training experience for Managers/Franchisees-in-Training, and partnering with restaurant leadership to improve team capability and operational standards. The role requires strong operational expertise and the ability to independently manage training priorities while supporting the growth of the Slim Chickens brand.
