Field Training Manager

This role ensures the smooth operation of the Field Training Unit by managing Training Managers and overseeing induction trainings for Cluster Managers and AVPs. The position is responsible for maintaining monthly training MIS, meeting man-day targets, and developing the capabilities of both high-potential and underperforming staff. It also involves stakeholder engagement to assess training needs and demonstrate training effectiveness through certification programs and e-learning.
