Field Training Specialist

This role provides field training for testers to ensure proficiency, alignment, and increased efficiency within the field organization. The position collaborates with Directors and Regional Managers to establish training goals, oversee equipment usage, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. The specialist is responsible for training personnel on various testing processes, including DPLEAK, MC LEAK, and leak locate methods, while also managing reporting and safety observations.
