TAM Residential
The Field Transitions Manager supports the successful execution of property takeovers from pre-transition readiness through post-takeover stabilization. Serving as the onsite extension of the Asset Transitions department, this role provides hands-on support during takeovers, completes assigned transition and system go-live activities, and monitors responsibilities assigned to site and corporate teams. The role generally provides dedicated onsite support for two weeks up to 30 days following takeover, based on transition complexity, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
