Filler Operator

The Filler Operator maintains safe and efficient operation of filler equipment to maximize production up-time, minimize shrink, and maintain quality. This role involves performing setup, operation, and cleaning of ESL filling equipment, conducting sterilization and manual washing of machine components, and performing routine chemical concentration tests. The position requires troubleshooting equipment issues, reporting food safety and quality concerns, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
