About this role

The Principal Manufacturing Engineer ensures facility Design Qualification, Approval, Process Qualification and Validation (DQ, PQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) and manages production readiness for aseptic filling lines. The role includes supporting new facility construction, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with GMP/SHE regulations while leading equipment operations and deviation management.

Responsibilities

Lead equipment operation and process validation activities for aseptic filling lines
Ensure GMP and SHE compliance during routine production operations
Handle production deviations and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions
Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize operational downtime
Support design and construction projects for new facility infrastructure
