Finance Analyst

This role manages global financial analysis and reconciliation for the Corporate Real Estate & Facilities portfolio, including monthly actuals-to-forecast reconciliation, CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, and budget tracking. The position serves as the primary Finance point of contact, partnering with Leasing, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure real estate costs are processed accurately and reflected on the P&L. The role also involves delivering financial summaries, maintaining audit trails, and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes.
