Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program Associate

This role is part of a leadership development program featuring three 12-month rotations across critical finance and accounting functions within corporate centers of excellence or electricity-generating facilities. The position focuses on the growing renewable energy industry and requires understanding the financial impact of business transactions while ensuring compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley processes. Associates will support internal and external reporting, execute special projects, and build strong cross-organizational relationships to drive success in finance, accounting, and forecasting.
