Finance and Accounting Manager

The Finance and Accounting Manager owns the financial management of Fika’s country office, overseeing the full accounting cycle, month-end close, internal controls, payroll, banking, and donor financial reporting. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and audit-ready financial records that align with budgets and donor terms while partnering with country leadership and program teams. This position requires strong expertise in grant accounting, internal controls, and financial systems to support operational efficiency and compliance.
