Finance and Accounting Value Creation Leader

This role serves as a hands-on finance and accounting resource for portfolio companies, partnering with CFOs and finance teams to enhance financial infrastructure, reporting quality, and operational rigor. The position involves supporting deal teams during due diligence, leading post-close integration assessments, and advising on finance organization design and process optimization. It also includes driving implementation of scalable accounting processes, strengthening balance sheet management, and supporting ERP and finance systems selection. The role requires collaboration with internal finance and investment teams to manage portfolio reporting, audits, and tax matters while leading value creation summits across the portfolio.
