Finance and Administrative Officer

The Finance and Administrative Officer provides comprehensive administrative, financial, and human resources management support to the UNESCO Office, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and host country agreements. The role involves overseeing budget planning, financial controls, procurement, and safety and security matters while advising the Head of the Office on operational strategies. This position requires close collaboration with central services, host country authorities, and the UN Country Team to maintain effective internal controls and operational continuity.
