Finance and Personnel Assistant

The Finance and Personnel Assistant supports the daily operations of the business office by coordinating employee onboarding, benefits, leave, and payroll support while managing accounts payable and receivable. This role serves as a primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, time reporting, and employment records, ensuring accurate and confidential personnel and financial documentation. The position works closely with the Director of Finance to maintain essential district operations and assist with audits, budget preparation, and grant management.
