Finance and Sub-Grants Officer

The Finance and Sub-Grants Officer will support the effective financial, sub-grant, and administrative management of a 24-month EU-funded project across Central Asia. Reporting to the Project Director, the role involves managing day-to-day project finance, budget monitoring, financial documentation, and the administration of sub-grants and other Financial Support to Third Parties. The position requires close collaboration with regional finance teams and project staff to ensure accurate and timely financial processes in line with donor requirements.
