Finance Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)

Direct Counsel is seeking a junior to mid-level Finance Associate Attorney to join an Am Law 100 firm’s Finance practice in either Los Angeles or Palo Alto, California. This role involves drafting and negotiating financing documentation, security agreements, and credit agreements, with a preference for experience in data center or digital infrastructure transactions. The position requires strong UCC and general corporate experience, along with excellent drafting and analytical skills.
