Finance Associate or Senior Associate

The Finance Associate or Senior Associate supports the Morgan Stanley Private Credit Finance team in executing and managing fund-level financing solutions, including subscription lines, corporate revolvers, and securitizations. This role involves preparing internal documentation, maintaining borrowing base calculations, and coordinating with lenders, auditors, and third-party administrators to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The position requires close collaboration with the CFO and Head of Capital Markets to address accounting implications and manage financing arrangements for direct lending funds and BDCs.
