About this role

The Finance Associate Program is a two-year rotational role for recent finance or accounting graduates, offering hands‑on experience across Order to Cash, Procurement to Payment, Revenue Recognition, Commercial Finance, and FP&A. Participants will rotate through Hong Kong, Singapore and China, gaining exposure to financial operations, commercial decision‑making and strategic planning while working closely with senior finance leaders and consultants.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end billing and accounts receivable processes
Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Contribute to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
