XTX Markets’ venture capital arm, XTX Ventures, is hiring a London-based finance professional to lead financial planning and analysis for its Ventures department. The position partners closely with the Head of Ventures and supports the finance function across portfolio valuation, fund reporting, and investment execution as the venture portfolio scales.
