Finance Associate

A Finance Associate at GetGround is responsible for enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of finance processes within a fast-scaling environment. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, supporting month-end close activities, assisting with payroll across multiple regions, and maintaining financial data integrity in Xero. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with external partners and stakeholders to support compliance, audit preparations, and system integrations. The ideal candidate is a part-qualified accountant with a minimum of two years' experience in an in-house finance role and strong management accounting skills.
