Finance Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking a Finance Associate to join a premier Finance practice in New York, focusing on sophisticated financing experience in private credit, syndicated financings, and acquisition financings. The role involves advising lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors on complex financing transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting credit agreements and related documents. The ideal candidate will have strong debt finance experience and a client-service orientation to manage transactions from inception through closing.
