About this role
The Finance Business Partner Manager partners with the Plant Manager and site/group leadership to use financial data and analysis for strategic decision-making, planning, and forecasting. The role ensures accuracy of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow planning and delivers timely variance analysis to support operational and investment decisions. It reports to the Finance Business Partner Director with matrix responsibilities to the Plant Manager.
