Finance Business Partner

The Plant Finance Business Partner leads the plant’s financial strategy and serves as the primary finance leader for the facility, partnering with the Plant Director and Operating Committee to guide decision-making and drive business results. The role oversees all plant financial and business activities—including reporting, cost analysis, and capital planning—while contributing to broader Manufacturing Finance initiatives across the SBU. It also focuses on developing finance talent and strengthening partnerships with operations, supply chain, and corporate finance to improve long-term financial capabilities.
