Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner role provides strategic financial advice and support to service areas, working closely with senior managers to influence decision-making, budget planning, and service delivery. The position involves providing financial analysis, challenge, and insight to support effective resource management, identify risks and opportunities, and help deliver the Council’s priorities. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting skills with strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
